Bill Work LLC ("Bill Work Drayage," "we," "us") runs intermodal container drayage and local freight out of Portland, Oregon. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We keep it simple because we keep it minimal.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our quote form:
- Your name and company
- Your email address and phone number
- Your MC# or USDOT# (if you provide one)
- Lane / terminal, move type, and any details you type in
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your quote request and answer your questions
- Set you up and arrange drayage or freight services
- Verify carrier/broker details (for example, checking an MC# or USDOT#)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
How your message reaches us
Our quote form is delivered to our email inbox using FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service, and is stored in our Google (Gmail) email. Those providers process the data only to deliver and store your message.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and customer records for as long as we need them to do business with you and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Just email us and we'll take care of it. If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion under the CCPA.
